Building on a barrier island has its many challenges and we could not have completed our island dream home, North Captiva Pearl,  without Jonathan Walters and his wonderful Royal Corinthian Homes team.

Jonathan's Bio
Jonathan is a licensed Building Contractor in Florida & Mississippi. Serving customers in both custom new construction & renovation projects in the residential and small commercial realms. His approach is to purposely strive for excellence in all aspects of his daily work & life. Encouraging others to do the same is his passion.

A highlight of his career thus far is having had the opportunity to have made personal appearances in 34 episodes of HGTV's Hometown based in Laurel, Mississippi. During the filming & production process, Jonathan also successfully served as the construction manager for all aspects of the 34 renovation projects.

Jonathan is currently the President and majority owner of Royal Corinthian Homes in SW Florida. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the business and building operations. Jonathan cut his teeth in the construction industry at 17 years old as a summertime laborer for Royal Corinthian. 

When not studying blueprints or on a job-site, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys.
