North Captiva Pearl is owned by Jim and Kathy Riley. Owning a vacation home that we can share with family, friends and guests has been a dream of ours for many years. When our two youngest children were leaving to go to college, we decided it was the right time to make this dream a reality. 

After several years of searching for the ultimate location for our Dream Vacation Home we found North Captiva Island. As soon as we stepped onto the Island we knew the search was over and our adventure was just beginning. The islands location and the clear blue waters that surround it gives you the feeling that you are visiting a Caribbean Island. 

We had the privilege to work with so many wonderful people over the 2 year period it took to complete our island dream home, North Captiva Pearl, a vacation home destination where family, friends and guests will create memories that will last a lifetime.
