The Upper Captiva Fire & Rescue Departments duty is to protect the lives and property of residents and visitors through fire prevention, fire and rescue response, and the provision of emergency medical service.
The station provides fire suppression and rescue services both on land, and in our maritime communities. All staff are career firefighters and EMS providers. We take fire protection very seriously, given our bridgeless barrier community.
Through a partnership with Lee County EMS, the Upper Captiva Fire & Rescue Department is pleased to provide state of the art advanced life support for medical emergencies within our service area. No matter how small or large the illness or injury, we stand ready to provide the best care to our patients.
